As a user, I can easily detach the pot from its base allowing for cordless free pouring of simmering boiling water into my mug. I like its durability, and I'm happy for it.

I got a baby and he drinks infant formula. With this electric kettle, I'm pretty sure my child's getting sterilized and clean water for his milk. I trust this product for my baby's good health and safety water.

I'm satisfied with its safety feature turning the switch off as soon as the pot is raised up from the base. I purchased this about a couple of years ago. Its performance remains the same as it was before. Totally amazing!
